eBFP2

eBFP2, a fundamental blue fluorescent protein with inherent fluorescence, was introduced in 2007 and originates from Aequorea victoria. It has been documented as a monomer that matures swiftly and exhibits moderate sensitivity to acidic conditions.

In our design, eGFP is used to indicate the editing efficiency of ADARs. However, we found that its fluorescence intensity was not sufficient during our experiment. Consequently, we replaced it with mScarlet.
